"Smitha came highly recommended to us by a friend. Right from the get go we found her to be very approachable and a person with extensive knowledge, honesty and integrity in her dealings.When looking at homes, we found her to be very thorough and detailed in assessing the pros and cons of not just the homes but also the neighborhood and the locality. She is extremely patient even with our changing requirements as sometimes first time buyers are likely to change criteria once they start seeing. She was never hesitant to visiting homes and has never coaxed us into liking something despite our opinion.We will very happily recommend Smitha to all our friends who are interested in finding a home with the help of a well-informed realtor and friend!"

"She is a wonderful lady, Helped us with the entire process of buying the house. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions ... She was patient and responded very nicely answering all our queries . Our closing dates were pushed due to the Bank (BofA) mistake , and on the closing day also we couldn't get the closing numbers till the last minute from the Bank (BofA). She was very supportive and was with us till the last minute.As a first time home buyer, we highly recommend her and advice to listen to her suggestions ..."

She is a very patient listener who takes the time to understand your needs and wants and then applies her knowledge about neighborhoods and real estate to help you find the house you want to make your home!One thing that stood out for us was that she was never pushy/domineering during the entire process. She has an amazingly calm personality which helps first time buyers (who can get stresses, overwhelmed and sometimes confused) a lot to take their time and not feel rushed into things.I have recommended Smitha to other friends who have similar success stories and positive feedback on her and her methodology of finding the right "home" for them. "She was a reference we got from a friend and had referred it to a family member and they were truly pleased as well. Then when time came for us for house hunt, we contacted her only based on all personal references .We were First Time home buyers and there could be no other better contact person we could ever get for making one of the most important decision of our lives.
